Omateq Digitals offers a range of digital solutions, including but not limited to Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Software Engineering, IT Consulting, Capacity Building, and Technical Training. All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement or Proposal, which will detail specific deliverables, timelines, and payment structures.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Omateq Digitals retains all intellectual property rights to any pre-existing materials, frameworks, or tools used during the delivery of our services. Custom deliverables produced specifically for a client will become the property of the client upon full payment, subject to the terms of the individual Service Agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any project assets and for all activities that occur under your account.
In no event shall Omateq Digitals be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
